My first Pinterest creation was VERY easy and basic. It was mini-volcanoes and Max LOVED it! All you do is put a little bit of baking soda on a cookie sheet, put vinegar in some small cups and put a few drops of food coloring in too, a small eye dropper for dropping and voila, volcanoes. This kept him entertained for a good 1/2 hour to forty five minutes.
